With the support of the Emergency Planning Department at North Yorkshire Council, Rainton with Newby Parish Council is updating its Community Resilience Plan. It has been drawn up so that the community can respond to an emergency until the Emergency Services can take charge.  It is in the process of being reviewed and will be published here shortly.
